I am a Venezuelan architect, daughter of Portuguese immigrants. In Caracas, Venezuela, I developed as an architect, working on architectural and design projects at my office, GrupoDVL. I moved to the United States with my husband and two children about eight years ago, seeking better opportunities for all of us, especially for my children.

One arrives in this country with many plans, so many that often we don't know where to start. I have always loved learning, studying, and preparing myself, and in this journey, I discovered the world of Real Estate.

Today, although it wasn't easy, after two years of finding the time to study and prepare in this interesting and beautiful business, I want to share that I made it! Another achievement among many! An achievement with which I hope to help many people fulfill their dream of owning their first home, their first commercial space, helping others achieve their dreams and showing them through my story that with effort and taking life one day at a time, we can achieve it!

Two years ago, I decided to get my Real Estate license, which has been an enriching and exciting experience. I specialize in pre-construction projects and luxury properties, where I can apply my experience in architecture and design to help my clients find their ideal homes.

My passion for learning and continuous preparation has led me to work closely with both local and foreign investors. I love analyzing all aspects of an investment to ensure maximum profitability for my clients. Additionally, I have extensive experience managing short-term rental projects, including platforms like AirBnB.

I enjoy handling all aspects of these projects, ensuring each property is presented in the best possible way and maximizing its income potential. My goal is to provide exceptional service, supporting my clients every step of the way in buying or selling their property.
